产品简介 & Product Introduction
每套系统前端采用高性能的薄膜压力传感器，其内部包含了网格化的半导体基材，这些行列交织的基材构成了传感器最基本的感测元件，感测元件在负载压力后，其阻值会对应变化。
数据采集设备则通过预设规则快速扫描和采集，可以测量出各个感测元件电阻值，再经过简单的标定校准功能，可以得到作用于传感器上的力值，压强值和力的分布。
The front end of each system uses a high-performance film pressure sensor, which contains a grid of semiconductor substrate. These rows and columns of the substrate constitute the most basic sensing element of the sensor, and the resistance value of the sensing element changes accordingly after the load pressure.
The data acquisition device can quickly scan and collect through the preset rules, and can measure the resistance value of each sensing element. After a simple calibration function, the force value, pressure value and force distribution on the sensor can be obtained.

传感器使用和存放 & Sensor Use And Storage
柔性压力传感器在使用和存储上有一些主意事项和条件。这也是柔性传感器的本身特点做制约。
- 尽量避免剪切力对传感器的冲击。
- 传感器可以适用180°的弯折进行测试，但测试时间不应过长。
- 要提前预算最大压力来选取符合量程的传感器，以保证测试数据准确。
- 传感器保存时，尽量保持恒温恒湿，整体用密封带包装，避免接口氧化。
Flexible pressure sensors have some ideas and conditions for use and storage. This is also restricted by the characteristics of flexible sensors.
- Try to avoid the impact of shear force on the sensor.
- The sensor can be applied to 180° bending for testing, but the test time should not be too long.
- It is necessary to budget the maximum pressure in advance to select the sensor that conforms to the range to ensure that the test data is accurate.
- When the sensor is stored, keep the constant temperature and humidity as far as possible, and package the whole with sealing tape to avoid interface oxidation.
