测量通过使用CNSCAN团队研发的WPER-Scan采集设备以及上位机软件进行数据读取与分析,采用定制CN7602-W传感器进行测量,传感器尺寸根据雨刮器定制,可适配用户工装。
The measurement is carried out by using the WPER-Scan acquisition equipment developed by the CNSCAN team and the host computer software for data reading and analysis. The customized CN762-W sensor is used for measurement, and the sensor size is customized according to the wiper, which can be adapted to the user’s tooling.

Designing an effective windshield wiper requires consideration of different blade lengths, uneven pressure conditions, and variable windshield configurations. When these factors are combined, wiper pressure measurement becomes a complex material and dynamic problem. Understanding the force distribution between the windshield and the wiper, as well as the proportion of the force at each position in the blade, becomes the key to improve the performance of the wiper.
